​For anyone living with chronic pain or illness (physical, mental, emotional, and/ or spiritual); approaching or undergoing a transformation; feeling lost and/ or disconnected; experiencing difficulty coping with life; and seeking to connect with your innate goodness.

Pillars of Self-Care

Each week we'll explore a different theme, expanding our self-care while focusing on our intrinsic health and innate worthiness.

  4. Sacred rituals and daily practice(s)

  5. Honour transitions

  6. Acknowledge, feel, name, and nurture what is experienced
